We offer a one-year warranty on most products from our company. The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.

Consumable components (and accessories) such as winch ropes are mechanical component with limited warranty.

To help solve the issues quickly, photos and videos usually need to be sent via email. Once the issue is clarified, we can provide replacement parts for the customer.
